2. Accumulation
of reactive carbonyl derivatives (RCD) in the tumors of mice was determined
by spectrophotometer and immunoblot methods. The graph shows no significant
alteration in RCD content in tumors of TC, ETT, and ETC mice (similar
data were obtained spectrophotometrically). The immunoblot data reveals
protein specific increases in RCD levels. Values are means ± SD
of 6 animals.
